Work Schedule

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Total Coverage: 24 hours per week

Job Description

SaberOne Security Solutions, LLC is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Security Officers to provide security coverage at the Ralph Lauren retail location in Potomac Mills, Virginia.

The selected officer(s) will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment while providing a visible security presence for employees, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the assigned shift.
• Monitor customer activity and identify potential security concerns.
• Assist with loss prevention through observation, deterrence, and incident reporting.
• Respond appropriately to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with store management and SaberOne supervisors.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Follow all SaberOne and client security policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must meet Virginia's applicable DCJS security officer registration requirements.
• Previous retail security or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Must successfully complete required background screening.
